There's a lot of power under the hood of a Winterhalter pass through dishwasher; Winterhalter GS502 in line dishwashing station including sink, overhead spray unit, drainer and plastic trays. Washing up can be loaded into a tray, slid along to the spray unit/sink, into the dishwasher then out the other side onto the drainer. The sink and drainer can be installed in line or at 90 degrees, to the lenth that is suitable to your kitchen. Comes with a Winterhalter Monomatik water softener suitable for dishwashers such as above.

It requires a single phase 30 amp power and 3/4" water supply. It does not have a detergent or rinse dopsing system but can take dish wash tablets that gives the same results.
